The Wellington Travel League is an exciting competitive regional baseball competition. Every Sunday games are played across the Wellington region - from Wairarapa to Levin, and Hutt City to Porirua. 

This season our club will entera team in the 12U competitions. Players will be eligible for selection in the regional teams to compete at the Baseball NZ National Baseball Festival tournaments in 2025.

AGE GRADES

Travel League age-grades align with official Little League requirements -

• 12U PLAYERS ~ Must be 10 - 12 yrs ~ Cannot turn 12 on or before 31 August 2024

REGISTRATION

The registration fee is $100 per player.

24/25 SEASON

The 24/25 Travel League season will begin on Sunday 3 November until Sunday 15 December 2024. It will recommence after a Christmas break on 26 January, until 30 March 2025.

The games Draw will be confirmed in November, and will be published on our website. 

Trainings will begin from Tuesday 15 October 2024.

12U FORMAT

TRAININGS ~ All seesions will take place at The Pirates Lair, Ian Galloway Park, Curtis Street, Northland 

• Tuesdays, 5-7pm 
• Thursdays, 5-7pm

It is very important for players to attend both weekly practices to lean all asperts of the game, including throwing, catching, hitting, overall strategy and team dynamics.  If players find it challenging to atted both practices, we can work with you to ensure you're up to speed.
